A Certain Type of Perfection.

“I can never read all the books I want; I can never be all the people I want and live all the lives I want. I can never train myself in all the skills I want. And why do I want? I want to live and feel all the shades, tones and variations of mental and physical experience possible in life. And I am horribly limited.”

S.E.A. Aquarium

Couple of shots from the visit to the S.E.A. Aquarium last saturday. Despite the bustling crowd, the exhibits were truly a marvel. Though it got pretty boring after a while, I'm glad I had my trusty cam with me to snap away :D Love love love the jellyfish exhibits - really just stood there gazing and observing the jellyfishes bob up and down. So prettttyyyyy. :D

Counting Stars

Had a random spontaneous stay at MBS with the xlbs last friday, headed to the lego exhibition while waiting for the guys to arrive, and it was soooo amazing. I remember lego being a huge part of my childhood; I wasn't the typical little girl who only played with barbie dolls and dressups, but rather I spent the bulk of my childhood building lego houses, pretended to be chefs with my mini stove and fake plastic foodtoys, and spent hours and hours on my playstation/computer building simscity/simshospital/simshouses. Come to think of it, I had a pretty strange boyish-childhood hahaha. I remember owning quite an extensive set of lego bricks, like I would buy and collect different editions and I had a mini corner in the living room dedicated to keeping my lego collection..... until I got older and starting neglecting my lego toys for books and school. Then my dad made this huge decision to give my entireeeee collection to my little cousin. :( I remember being so upset then that he didn't get my permission before he made that decision, but now I'm just glad that my collection is in good hands :) Anywayyyy, can't wait for the upcoming Mummy exhibition this end-April, but kinda of a bummer that photography isn't allowed :/

And last friday was a hellava stay, watching hantus/exorcism/ghost/prank videos at eerie timings, vlogging, talking shit, trolling in the toilet and having fake photoshoots hahahah and doing what we do best :) My friends are simply too darn mad spontaneous :3

And the morning after was spent at the infinity pool. Despite the crowd, the infinity pool is still darn awesome. :3

And here's a shameless attempt on my part with a reaaaally short cover of Rachel Yamagata's Elephants to end off this post. Loved the song, and tried to do up a brief cover (a quicker and slightly different version) after a friend posted about it recently... Excuse the shaky vocals/guitar playing tho :( Ahhh this is mad embarassing, but heck #yolo. :)
